A Still Life Exhibit
March 26 – May 1, 2022
The Loft Artists Association is hosting a new member exhibit titled, “Artifacts” in the Loft Gallery at 575 Pacific Street from Saturday, March 26 through Sunday, May 1, 2022, with an Opening Reception on Saturday, March 26, from 4-6 PM. “This exhibit will feature assemblage, still life and artifacts out-of-the-box.” Director, Mark Macrides stated. “Our artists are always pushing themselves to innovate and look at traditional art forms and styles in unique and unusual ways.” This exhibit will push the boundaries of how we typically define the concept of still life and present new styles, forms, and images to stimulate the viewers imagination. Expect to see a wide variety of interpretations of this theme and to leave with a new idea of the words still life.
