“Faces and figures”

Faces and Figures, our 9th annual juried exhibition was a collaboration with The Connecticut Society of Portrait Artists. The exhibit presented a high quality collection of classically inspired and contemporary celebrations of the human face and figure with over 60 original paintings, drawings, and sculptures exhibited in our beautiful gallery space.

“Bring a Friend or two to the LAA”

Our members are connected with talented artists throughout the area, and each year we invite as many as possible to join this exhibit. The show has no overall common theme, but each member/guest due or trio develops their own theme and their work is presented side by side. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase the work of collaborative teams of artists.
