The Loft Artists Association is hosting a new member exhibit titled, “Lost and Found” in the Loft Gallery at 575 Pacific Street from Saturday, February 12 through Sunday, March 13, 2022, with an Opening Reception on Saturday, February 12, from 2-4 PM. “This year’s exhibit will highlight work that is inspired by and includes found or recycled objects and materials,” Director, Mark Macrides stated. “Many of our artists already work with a variety of materials and others have challenged themselves to incorporate found and recycled materials into their work.” Some of the pieces will be 2 dimensional and affixed to the wall while others will be sculptural. This dynamic and diverse collection of work will highlight the mantra of “reuse, recycle, repurpose.” Visitors can expect to see work incorporating cardboard, metal, rope, interesting papers, old books, and photography.
